Updates Archive 7/00 - 11/00

Not only will the trivia quizzes remain, but there will also be decoder games, interesting facts, coloring pages, even recipes to the Turtles' favortie foods! It'll take a little time to get it all up, but it's in the works.

Also added today is a page called "The Teen-Turtles Song." This page will probably be part of the new Activities page once it is fully operational. Until then, check it out. This song was a favorite among my friends and I when we were young. I can still remember all of us singing it so loud that it drove my mom batty!

Make sure you catch the first installment of the new fic "Croaker," starring Mirage Universe's Leatherhead, Croaker, and Chet! Lotsa action in this one. It may be a little too much for younger turtle fans.

Finally, I am still patiently awaiting any submissions for wrestling matches in SIWF. Take a look at the page and get back to me on it!

I am pleased to announce that today is the second birthday of this web site! Over these two years, the site has overgone many overhauls, layouts, and addresses. I am very pleased that the constant stream of visitors and all the support from every other Ninja Turtle fan has kept this site running.

I wouldn't continue updating this site if I thought that it was nothing but a piddly little fan-site. I know for a fact that many people appreciate this site's existance. It is a part of me too, and I am very proud of it.

Hey there, folks. I still haven't decided exactly what we are going to be doing for the site's second birthday (November 18). But, I have decided on something equally as cool.

Mikey's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Page is going to offer the most in-depth info on the Archie Universe of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Sure, I will keep all of my stuff up from Mirage and Image and the cartoon. But, I am also going to add more to the Mutanimals, Stump Intergalactic Wrestling Federation, and other Archie characters that played vital roles in the series.

There have already been quite a few updates to the Mutanimals section. Also check out the SIWF for some more action.

Croaker is a new fic based on the Mirage version of Leatherhead. So far, it can only be found here and in the new "Faces of Leatherhead" section.

Also, there is major news from Peter Laird involving Venus DiMilo. Check out the Events page for more info.

Well, Halloween passed us by really quickly (I suffered throught it all with a stupid head cold). But, now it's November... which means Turkey Day is near! You know what else it means? It means, Happy 2nd Birthday, Mikey's TMNT Page! Yes, the original site was launched in November of 1998. I can't believe that it's been so long ago! But, boy have we grown!

Well, we have got to do something for the occasion. How about.... umm... well, I dunno. But, I'll post it when I think of something.

Okay, I do have something in the works... all of you Mutanimal/Leatherhead fans will enjoy it (or so I hope). And you may notice that several of the MP3s are back to working order. I still need to find a way to transfer them without getting booted from my ISP or from my server. I've also put up a couple of more Fan Art pics... I hope you like them. Click on Events to find more of the latest TMNT news. You'll find some interesting info on Peter Laird's newest projects.

I'm sure you noticed the greeting up above, but in case you didn't, I'll say it again... "Happy Halloween!" This is one of my favorite times of the year: the leaves are changing color, temperatures are cooling down, the harvest moon is glowing large and orange, and millions of children are running around acting like demons or angels all for the sake of a piece of candy.

Well, around where I live we only have the kids running around begging for sugar. Unlike most of the northern hemisphere, our foliage is becoming green from its dead shade of yellow from the scorching summer heat. While temps have cooled down some, we are still in the 80s here. But we are ready for the upcoming All Hallows Eve; our homes are decked in festive orange and purple lights and artificial pumpkins (cant get a real one until the day of Halloween cuz they tend to rot fast in the heat). So, I hope you enjoy the updates from this month: more gallery pics. Enjoy, and I'll see ya next month, till then... Keep it Green!

Well, most of the pages are now up and running. Of course, I have run into more problems with the music pages because of bandwidth issues. Unfortunately, now all of the MP3s are non-functional. TEMPORARILY... I will focus all my attention on fixing them up next. Letsee, I added to the Mutanimals page, and finished my links page. You may have also noticed that if you entered from the old address you have been rerouted here, automatically. Browse all you like, and please leave some feedback on the guestbook page. Today I have launched the new and improved Mikey's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Page. I guess I was getting a little bored with the yellow and black... seems like all web pages are black nowadays. I have added a bit more variety in the background colors and such, and what's best is that it is all Web Safe!

You will also notice a much larger menu. You will now be able to learn more about the TMNT with the addition of many new pages. Go ahead, browse around.
